Renovation of a villa in Grey Lynn
This project is finishing up on site shortly. There are two parts to this project - the first, to refurbish the existing villa, and the second to build a new living pavilion with pool behind. The new build follows the same footprint as the villa, but provides a very different spatial experience. The design was inspired by the chimney in the old smoke house behind the very original old villa.
